Refund policy

At Norique London, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must have the original label/tags still attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase and your return meets the above conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
